Aptar Beauty is strengthening its US manufacturing capabilities with expanded production of its versatile Meridian aerosol actuator platform in its Cary, Illinois manufacturing facility. Designed to deliver both premium shelf appeal and exceptional user experience, the Meridian platform combines modern aesthetics, ergonomic performance and broad formulation compatibility across a wide range of applications.
To support growing customer demand and better service, production of Meridian Spray has transitioned from Queretaro, Mexico to Cary. Capacity has been expanded for Meridian Mousse, already locally available, to provide better value to customer partners. These investments reinforce Aptar Beauty’s commitment to local manufacturing, enhanced supply chain resilience, reduced lead times and faster speed-to-market.
Available in two formats, Meridian Spray and Meridian Mousse, the platform provides flexibility to support a wide range of formulations while maintaining a consistent premium design. Meridian Spray is designed for spray and powder formulations, while Meridian Mousse is optimized for mousse, foam, gel and lotion applications.
